Project Highlights:

This project included a new roof, vinyl siding repairs and a complete redesign of their front porch.

Unique features of this project:

The Torney’s wanted not only to replace their existing roof and repair their existing siding, but they also wanted a new, more functional front porch to improve the curb appeal of their home. Our solution was to change their roof shingles to architectural 30 year shingles to give a more shake like roof appearance to the entire house. We also custom designed and constructed a covered portico porch to blend in with the style of the current house, but give their front door a more dramatic look. This included a metal roof, stone facing and stone slate top to their existing front stoop.

The result was a perfectly integrated front porch to provide protection from the weather for guests entering the house and a much safer entryway to this beautiful home.
