Project Highlights:
This project included completely re-flooring the entire apartment and completely upgrading the entire kitchen in this high-rise condominium.

Unique features of this project:
Ms. Donnay wanted to update her entire condominium with new sound-proof flooring and a new kitchen. We accomplished this by leveling the existing concrete floor, installing sound deadening underlayment and finishing with tiger wood flooring. In the kitchen we replaced all cabinets with custom cherry cabinets with an espresso finish, granite counter tops, and upgraded stainless steel appliances. To further brighten and expand the kitchen we installed under-mount task lighting and accent lighting throughout the kitchen. We also removed a non-functional closet and replaced it with custom cabinetry, counter-tops and lighted glass door upper cabinets.

The result was a completely transformed condominium with a fresh new look.
